We offer two contract options tailored to your project needs: Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus. A Fixed-Price Contract is ideal when your design is fully finalized, and you want predictable budgeting with no surprises. A Cost-Plus Contract provides transparent invoicing and greater flexibility if your design is still evolving or you prefer more control over selections and changes. We’ll help you determine which approach best aligns with your goals and building timeline.
